This simple marinade is great with chicken but also works really well with fish & pork. I like to make a big batch of this chicken and then use leftovers to add to a salad or to make a chicken pita.
Grilled Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
- ½ Cup Olive Oil
- Juice and zest of 1 Lemon
- 2 Tbsp Chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Chopped fresh rosemary
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil thru salt and pepper.
- Season chicken breasts and put in a zip lock bag, add the marinade to the bag.
- Marinate for 1 hour (up to 3 hours maximum) in the refrigerator.
- Remove chicken from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
- Heat grill, grill chicken until cooked through, 10-12 minutes, turning once.
