It’s grill season again! I’m always looking for some great homemade marinade recipes. Don’t buy the bottled stuff when you can make a fresh homemade one in minutes! This recipe makes enough for 2 meals. The marinade is great for beef, chicken, pork and turkey. It would probably hold up to swordfish too 🙂
Steakhouse Marinade

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- Juice from one lemon
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp dried onion flakes
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- 6 dashes tabasco sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp white pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
- Marinate desired meat in a ziplock with the marinade for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
