Beef Tenderloin with Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- Beef Tenderloin
- 4 Oz. Blue Cheese
- ⅓ Cup Mayo
- ⅔ Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- Make the beef tenderloin.
- Meanwhile, place the blue cheese, mayo, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce in a sauce pan. Bring to a simmer until the blue cheese has melted in, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt & pepper.
- Serve the sliced roast with the Blue Cheese Sauce. Garnish with chives.
