Ingredients
  • 7 Large Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1 Stick of melted unsalted butter
  • Sea Salt & Fresh ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400.
  2. Peel the potatoes and using a mandolin, slice the potatoes super thin.
  3. Brush a cake pan with butter all over the pan.
  4. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer, around in a circle, starting with outside and buidling in, until you have 1 layer of potatoes.
  5. Brush the potatoes with the butter and season with salt & pepper.
  6. Continue this process until the pan is filled.
  7. Cook the potatoes for 30 minutes. Take the potatoes out of the oven and using a spatula, make sure they are able to move and not stick.
  8. Cook for an additional 30 minutes until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are very soft.
  9. Rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Flip potatoes over and slice into wedges.
