- ⅓ Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Mirin (can substitute sherry)
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped Scallions
- 1 Tsp. Sesame Oil
- Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix well.
