Ingredients
  • 4 Tomatoes, seed removed, fine chop
  • ½ yellow onion, fine chop
  • 1 jalapeno, finely minced (remove all seeds if you don't want heat, save a little if you like heat)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Season with kosher salt and pepper, mix well.
