Ingredients
  • 1 Large Ripe Beefsteak Tomato, sliced into 4 large slices
  • 4 Slices of Buffalo Mozzarella
  • 4 Basil Leaves
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Ariston Balsamic Vinegar
  • Sea or Kosher Salt
  • Fresh Ground Pepper
Instructions
  1. Arrange the tomatoes on a plate.
  2. Season with salt & pepper.
  3. Place a mozzarella slice on each tomato.
  4. Place a basil leave on each tomato.
  5. Drizzle a good amount of olive oil over.
  6. Drizzle a tiny bit of balsamic over.
  7. Salt & Pepper the whole plate.
