Beef Tenderloin with Blue Cheese Sauce

OMG.  Have I ever mentioned I am a sauce girl?  Once or twice?  Blue cheese & beef are a match made in heaven.  This sauce is the most amazing, easiest thing EVER.  You must make this!!

Ingredients
  • Beef Tenderloin
  • 4 Oz. Blue Cheese
  • ⅓ Cup Mayo
  • ⅔ Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
  1. Make the beef tenderloin.
  2. Meanwhile, place the blue cheese, mayo, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce in a sauce pan. Bring to a simmer until the blue cheese has melted in, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt & pepper.
  3. Serve the sliced roast with the Blue Cheese Sauce. Garnish with chives.
