Pork Chops with Gorgonzola Sauce

Pork Chops with Gorgonzola Sauce

OMG this sauce.  Addicting.  Would be amazing on steak.  Cannot wait to make it again and have it on steak.  Run a few extra miles the day you are serving it so you can have extra sauce.  Yes, it’s that good!  I swapped out the whipping cream for half & half.  Dreaming of this sauce………….
