Blue Cheese Honey Crackers

013Ok, so this is the easiest, most delicious combination.  I use this as a quick snack for guests that suddenly show up or when I need an extra appetizer!  Quick & Easy.  Make sure you get a really good block of blue cheese for this.

Blue Cheese Honey Crackers

Ingredients
  • Block of Good Quality Blue Cheese
  • Good Honey
  • Carr's Water Crackers
Instructions
  1. Arrange the Crackers on a serving tray
  2. Slice blue cheese (you want it small as the blue cheese is strong) and place a small piece of cheese on each cracker
  3. Put a small drop of honey on top of the blue cheese on each cracker
  4. Place the cracker in your mouth and then take a big sip of your favorite wine~!
